Bjørn Winquist

Bjørn joined us in August 2024 after writing his master’s thesis on forfeiture or reduction of compensation for unjustified criminal prosecution where the accused refuses to explain himself to the police. Prior to this, he worked as a student worker with us from April 2023.

Bjørn has a special interest in criminal law and the execution of sentences, but also has experience from administrative law and landlord and tenant law.
